Two Weeks In Belize: The Ultimate Belize Itinerary

Could we interest you in an Inland and Private Island Package that treats you to a week at the Belizean Dreams Resort and includes a stay at the exclusive Coco Plum Island Resort? You’re nodding your head. Need an itinerary? Keep reading!

Day 1: Arrive at Belize’s International Airport and grab a Maya Island Air flight to Southern Belize where a Belizean Dreams Resort representative transports you to your tropical paradise to settle in and enjoy all of the welcome treats awaiting you.

Day 2: Roam the beach and sample beverages at the Tiki Beach Bar. Check out the resort’s excursion menu. Discover a sampling of tours that challenge, delight, and treat your mind and body to the ultimate taste of Belize.

Day 3: Choose from the day’s options. Perhaps it's cave tubing and ziplining, snorkeling and island hopping, visiting Xunantunich Maya Ruin, or the Mayflower Waterfall hike. Don’t fret if you miss one. These tours are offered multiple times.

Day 4: Arise early to prepare for the next exciting trip on your to-do list. Don’t be surprised if your curiosity for all things Belize blossoms as you immerse yourself in the nation's beauty and culture.

Day 5: Schedule time at Belizean Dreams’ Bliss Salon and Spa to pamper your muscles and mind. Be forewarned: the variety of services offered by staff is expansive. Be selfish. Indulge in a few!

Day 6: Visit the Village of Hopkins to learn why it's called the Friendliest Village in Belize and #1 Cultural Destination. Sample the town’s delights, from craft shops to cultural stops.

Day 7: Enjoy your last Woven Palms Restaurant meals before taking yet another tour or just luxuriate beside the resort’s pool. Get ready for a week on the island!

Day 8: Travel to Coco Plum Island where you’ll be one of just 42 guests at this ultra-private resort. Settle into your oceanfront accommodations. Revel in the quiet!

Day 9: Borrow from Coco Plum’s water toy inventory so you're equipped to snorkel, scuba dive, fish, kayak, and paddleboard. Try your hand at piloting a catamaran, too.

Day 10: If the package you picked includes adventure tours, start with the one devoted to ziplining and cave tubing, or take the Maya Ruins tour if you missed it on the mainland.

Day 11: Devote this day to your travel partner! Since Coco Plum is an adult’s-only island, make this the day you surprise your love with a candlelit dinner as sea breezes wash over you both and revel in the privacy and intimacy of your lodgings.

Day 12: Say yes to snorkeling trips scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. These are full-day trips but you'll still have enough energy left to enjoy a gourmet dinner at the Coco Palms Restaurant before bed.

Day 13: Decide what you’d like to do most on your last day. For some, it’s walking the beach surrounding the island while others crave a last-minute jungle or marine tour or Man-O-War Caye birding adventure.

Day 14: Travel to Dangriga to catch your Maya Island Air flight to the international airport. If you’re eager to roam Dangriga before leaving, arrive early to take a last-minute cultural tour. You did it! Two weeks of paradise plus all of the memories you can fit into your suitcase!
